Are you looking for summer sun protection for your skin? THM Coconut Dream Cream is not your typical, chemical-laden sunscreen. This skin-drenching cream includes beeswax, coconut oil, and PH-balancing aloe vera that works great as a natural sunscreen. We can’t put an exact SPF number on this cream but when used along with some of the following tips, the sun protection factor is estimated to be between 16-22 depending on skin type.
You may wish to take these additional precautions as well to help protect your skin.
- Do not shower the morning that you plan to go out in the sun as your body naturally builds up to an SPF of 6 overnight.
- Taking a teaspoon of coconut oil the night before will boost that natural SPF even further.

- If you are prone to sunburn, it is wise to limit exposure, stay covered and avoid the peak hours of 10 to 2.
